Cook the beef: Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Stir-fry vegetables: In the same wok, add the remaining oil. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Finish: Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions. Serve hot over rice.
Chef's Tips
- High heat is key: Stir-frying requires high heat to cook quickly and retain crispiness.
- Prep ahead: Chop all ingredients before starting to cook for a smooth process.
- Substitute proteins: Use chicken, shrimp, or tofu instead of beef.
- Sauce thickness: Adjust cornstarch for a thicker or thinner sauce.
- Leftovers: Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a pan.
