- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 beef hot dogs
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium heat. If using a skillet, add a little oil to prevent sticking.
Place the hot dogs on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and heated through.
While the hot dogs are cooking, lightly butter the insides of the hot dog buns. Toast them on the grill or in a toaster for about 1-2 minutes until slightly crispy.
Once the hot dogs are done, place each one inside a toasted bun.
Top the hot dogs with mustard, ketchup, and diced onions. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
