- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses. Add garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Take small portions of the cheese mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls.
Roll each cheese ball in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat for all cheese balls.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the cheese balls in batches.
Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
