Blend the fruits: In a blender, combine half of the chopped fruits with coconut water or fruit juice. Blend until smooth.
Sweeten if needed: Taste the mixture and add honey if you prefer a sweeter popsicle. Add lemon juice for a tangy twist.
Layer the popsicles: Fill the popsicle molds halfway with the blended mixture. Add the remaining chopped fruits for texture.
Freeze: Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until solid.
Serve: To remove the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy immediately!
