- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 (11 oz) box vanilla wafers

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and cold water until well combined.
Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and whisk for 2 minutes until smooth. Let it stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully incorporated.
In a serving dish, layer vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and pudding mixture. Repeat layers, ending with pudding on top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld and wafers to soften.
Before serving, garnish with additional vanilla wafers and banana slices if desired.
