Add granola: Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt.
Add fruits: Place a layer of mixed berries and banana slices on top of the granola.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving for best texture.
Chef's Tips
- Yogurt Choice: Use thick Greek yogurt for a creamier texture. For a dairy-free option, try coconut yogurt.
- Granola Variations: Swap granola with nuts or seeds for a different crunch.
- Fruit Options: Use seasonal fruits like mango, kiwi, or peaches for variety.
- Sweetness: Adjust honey quantity based on your preference for sweetness.
- Make Ahead: Assemble the parfait the night before for a quick breakfast, but add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
