- 2 lbs large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
- 4 ears of corn (cut into thirds)
- 1 lb smoked sausage (sliced)
- 1 lemon (quartered)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 onion (quartered)
- 3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
Fill a large pot with water (about halfway) and bring to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Add the halved baby potatoes to the boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes until they start to soften.
Add the corn and sliced sausage to the pot. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Stir in the shrimp, minced garlic, and quartered onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
Drain the water and transfer the shrimp boil to a large serving platter. Add butter and squeeze lemon juice over the top.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges on the side.
