Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem so it sits flat.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, and turmeric to create a spice paste.
Place the cauliflower on a baking tray. Brush the entire surface of the cauliflower with the spice paste, ensuring even coverage.
If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it evenly over the top of the cauliflower.
Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
