- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a clean towel.
In a large salad bowl, add the mixed greens as the base.
