- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 24 mini taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Season the beef: Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Warm the taco shells: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the mini taco shells on a baking sheet and warm them for 3-5 minutes.
