
Thanksgiving Leftovers Sandwich
A delicious sandwich made with leftover Thanksgiving turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing.

Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread (sourdough or whole wheat recommended)
- 1/2 cup leftover roasted turkey, sliced
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup leftover stuffing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 leaf lettuce (optional)
- 2 slices of cheese (optional)

Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet. Spread mayonnaise on the top side.
Layer the turkey slices evenly on the bread in the skillet.
Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey, then add the stuffing on top.
If using, add lettuce and cheese on top of the stuffing.
Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up. Press down lightly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip carefully and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from skillet, slice in half if desired, and serve warm.
