Chef's Tips
- Noodle Tip: Do not overcook the noodles as they will continue to cook when stir-fried.
- Protein Addition: Add cooked chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu for extra protein.
- Vegetable Variations: Use any vegetables you like such as broccoli, snow peas, or bean sprouts.
- Sauce Adjustments: Adjust the sauce ingredients to your taste preference, adding more soy sauce for saltiness or sugar for sweetness.
- Leftovers: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a pan or microwave.
