- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Drain excess fat if desired.
Add butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the cooked beef. Stir well to combine and cook for 1 more minute.
Remove skillet from heat and let the beef mixture cool slightly (about 5 minutes).
Transfer the beef mixture to a mixing bowl. Add shredded cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion the mixture into balls (about 1.5 inches in diameter). Place on a parchment-lined tray.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
