Instructions
Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted.
Prepare the molds: Lightly grease a coin-shaped mold or use a mini muffin tin. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each mold, filling them halfway.
Tap the molds: Gently tap the molds on the counter to remove air bubbles and ensure the chocolate settles evenly.
Chill the chocolate: Place the molds in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set.
Unmold the coins: Carefully pop the chocolate coins out of the molds. If using a muffin tin, run a knife around the edges to loosen them.
Wrap in foil: Individually wrap each chocolate coin in gold foil, pressing gently to seal.
