- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and diced bell pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes until fragrant.
Add ground turkey and beef to the pot. Break it up with a spoon and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the meat and vegetables.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken broth, kidney beans, and black beans. Stir to combine.
Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot with toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped cilantro.
